Abstract:
Disclosed is a machine for making and selling fresh noodles. A flour-filling device (1), a flour-mixing and -conveying device (2), a dough-pressing device (3), a noodle-cutting device (4) and a noodle-receiving device (5) are successively provided on a rack (6) from top to bottom and are connected according to processing procedures. A control system (7) and a power and transmission device (9) are provided on one side of the rack (6). The control system (7) is provided with a selling and payment module. The power and transmission device (9) powers the flour-filling device (1), the flour-mixing and -conveying device (2), the dough-pressing device (3), the noodle-cutting device (4) and the noodle-receiving device (5). The flour-mixing and -conveying device (2) comprises a flour-mixing power input pulley (21), a support seat (22) and a mixer (25) connected to the power and transmission device (9). The mixer (25) is composed of an outer barrel (2511) and a mixer shaft, the mixer shaft comprising a shaft body (251), a flour-pushing device (252), a pushing blade (253), a retreat blade (254) and a flange plate (255). The device makes stirring more uniform and mixing more sufficient so as to improve the taste of fresh noodles, enhances the automation and intellectualization of the machine as a whole, and also realizes the combination of noodle making and selling.
