Abstract:
A machine tool machining dimensions prediction device (100) comprises a data collection unit (10) that obtains drive state information for a machine tool, a feature value extraction unit (211) that extracts feature values from the drive state information, a data analysis unit (311) that analyzes the extracted feature values, and a machining quality prediction model generation unit (312) that generates, from the analyzed information, a prediction model for the machining dimensions of a workpiece. The machine tool machining dimensions prediction device (100) predicts machining quality by applying the feature values and the drive state information to the prediction model during machining of the workpiece and determines whether the machining quality will satisfy standards by referencing machining dimensions quality regulations.
