Abstract:
A machine tool system is equipped with: a processing machine (100) that has a main shaft (110), which is rotatably supported centered on a rotation axis line (O) and on the tip of which a tool (T) is mounted, a rotating table (114), which has a pallet-attaching surface to which a pallet (P) on which workpieces (W1-W4) are fixed is detachably attached and which can rotate the pallet centered on a rotation axis line that is perpendicular to the rotation axis line of the main shaft (110), and a feed shaft device for linearly feeding the main shaft (110) and the rotating table (114) relative to each other in the directions of three orthogonal axes; and an imaging device (10) for imaging the workpieces (W1-W4) fixed on the pallet (P) in a direction that is parallel to the rotation axis line (B) of the rotating table (114). The machine tool system is configured to control the movement of the feed shaft device in the three orthogonal axes on the basis of the image data for the workpieces (W1-W4) obtained using the imaging device (10).
