Abstract:
Provided is a machine tool (1) capable of measuring the machining precision of a work (W) with high precision and greatly shortening the time required from machining to measuring the machining precision. The machining tool (1) machines the work (W) while relatively moving a tool and the work (W), and the machining tool comprises: a cover body (2) that partitions, from the outside, a machining region where the work (W) is machined; and a temperature adjusting means (30) that is used when machining the work (W) and that adjusts the atmospheric temperature in the machining region.
