Abstract:
This invention improves the workability of attaching an ejector pin to the front end of a push rod. A machine tool (1) is provided with a spindle (21), a gripping mechanism (22), a push rod (23), an ejector pin (30), a retaining member (24), and an extruding mechanism (25), wherein the retaining member (24) is provided to the outer side of the push rod (23) and retains the push rod (23) in an axial center position centering on the spindle centerline (AX2); the extruding mechanism (25) applies force in the advancing direction (D1) on the push rod (23) having passed through the retaining member (24), thereby extruding by means of the ejector pin (30) a workpiece (W1) released from the gripping mechanism (22); and as an assembly (31) that includes an ejector pin main unit (40) that can be passed through the retaining member (24), and an abutment member (45) removably attached to the front end (40a) of the ejector pin main unit (40), the ejector pin (30) is attached to the front end (23a) of the push rod (23).
