Abstract:
A filling/packaging machine producing a hermetically sealed container by setting a lid molded from a synthetic resin sheet-like lid material to a synthetic resin container filled with content such as refreshing drink. A bottomed synthetic resin tubular container body supplied from a container feeder is filled with content, a synthetic resin molded lid having a disc-like lid body and a skirt part suspending vertically from the circumferential edge part thereof is primarily molded from the sheet-like lid material, the molded lid is fed to the upper end opening of the container body filled with the content, the upper end opening of the container body is sealed with the molded lid to produce a hermetically sealed container, and then the lid of the hermetically sealed container is secondarily molded to a final lid shape. The primarily molded incomplete lid can be molded completely by a secondary molding machine, and a product container equivalent to that employing a conventional lid material of aluminium foil layer is obtained using a synthetic resin lid material.
