Abstract:

A process for machining and grinding a workpiece which comprises feeding a machining and grinding oil containing 0.01 to 20% by mass of ultrafine water droplets based on the whole composition to the machining and grinding site and which attains well-balanced satisfactory lubrication and cooling performance in respect of working efficiency and permits easy wastewater treatment in respect of environmental protection.
