Abstract:

Disclosed is machining equipment that does not require replacement of a machining nozzle when shaping conditions are changed and improves use efficiency of a material. The machining nozzle is a machining nozzle that injects a machining material into a molten pool formed on a machining surface by an energy line to perform machining. The machining nozzle is internally provided with a path through which the energy line passes, and provided with a cylindrical inner housing that emits the energy line from one end thereof, a cylindrical outer housing that envelops the inner housing and has an inner surface thereof narrowed in an injecting direction of the energy line emitted from the inner housing, and a sliding mechanism that changes the relative position of the outer housing with respect to the inner housing along the energy line. Further, a gap between the outer surface of the inner housing and the inner surface of the outer housing forms an injection opening for injecting the machining material, and the size of the injection opening changes with a change in the relative position by the sliding mechanism.
