Abstract:
The present disclosure relates to macrocyclic compounds and the medical use thereof, the structures of the macrocyclic compounds being represented as formula (I). The present disclosure also relates to a method for preparing the compounds, a pharmaceutical composition of same, and the use of same as a mutant p53 reactivator in the treatment of cancers. X1 to X6, Q1 to Q3, R1, RB, A, ring B, L and n in formula (I) are as defined in the description.
