Abstract:
Disclosed are a macromolecule for promoting the intake of an anticancer drug, and a composition containing same and the use thereof in the preparation of an anticancer drug. The macromolecule has multiple guanidine groups and optionally has amine groups, wherein at least some of the amine groups and/or guanidine groups are substituted with the substituent as shown in formula I to form an amide bond; the macromolecule has an average molecular weight of less than or equal to 50,000 Da, and has a zeta potential of -15 mV to +5 mV under normal physiological conditions; and the macromolecule has 5-100 guanidine groups after being hydrolyzed under slightly acidic conditions. The macromolecule can promote the aggregation and penetration of the anticancer drug in tumor tissues, and can promote the entry of the anticancer drug into cancer cells. Such macromolecules used in combination with the anticancer drug can increase the anticancer effect of the anticancer drug. Therefore, the same dose of an anticancer drug used in combination with the macromolecule significantly increases the anticancer effect, or a lower dose of the anticancer drug used in combination with the macromolecule greatly reduces the toxic side effects of the anticancer drug.
