Abstract:
The present invention provides: a method for preparing macrophages derived from induced pluripotent stem cells; and macrophages derived from induced pluripotent stem cells, prepared by the preparation method, the method comprising the steps of: (a) preparing haemopoietic precursor cells from induced pluripotent stem cells; (b) inducing monocytes from the haemopoietic precursor cells prepared in step (a); and (c) differentiating, into macrophages, the monocytes induced in step (b).
