Abstract:
A macroscopic thermal conductivity calculation method, a calculation apparatus therefor, and a storage medium. The macroscopic thermal conductivity calculation method comprises: dividing a pre-constructed thermal interface material structure model into a predetermined number of unit cells, the predetermined number of unit cells comprising multiple unit cells with different thermal conductivities; acquiring the thermal conductivity and location parameters of each unit cell in sequence; calculating a heat flow field and temperature gradient field of each unit cell according to the thermal conductivity and location parameters of each unit cell; and obtaining the macroscopic thermal conductivity of the thermal interface material structure model according to the heat flow field and the temperature gradient field of all unit cells. The thermal interface material structure model is divided into a plurality of unit cells, and the attributes of each identified unit cell are given a corresponding thermal conductivity, so that the heat flow field and the temperature gradient field of each unit cell are separately calculated, and the calculation accuracy of the macroscopic thermal conductivity is increased.
