Abstract:
Provided is a magnesium-air battery that can be designed for a thin magnesium plate having a discretionary thickness and that makes it possible to supply and recover a fuel body to/from a battery section. The magnesium-air battery 100 is provided with: a fuel body supply section 200 containing a plurality of magnesium fuel bodies 101 that comprise magnesium; a battery section 300 that is formed from a conductive raw material and that comprises an electrode for supplying electrons to oxygen; a disposal section 400 comprising a fuel body collector 401 that recovers spent magnesium fuel bodies 101; and a fuel body holder frame 303 that detachably holds the magnesium fuel bodies 101 and that moves between the fuel body supply section 200, the battery section 300, and the disposal section 400.
