Abstract:
A magnesium lithium-aluminum composite material structure and an electronic device. The magnesium lithium-aluminum composite material structure comprises a magnesium lithium alloy layer, an aluminum alloy layer, and a metal layer provided between the magnesium lithium alloy layer and the aluminum alloy layer. The magnesium lithium alloy layer and the aluminum alloy layer form the magnesium lithium-aluminum composite material structure by means of metallurgical bonding, wherein the distribution concentration of an aluminum element in the metal layer is lower than the distribution concentration of an aluminum element in the aluminum alloy layer, and the composite density of the magnesium lithium-aluminum composite material structure is no higher than 1.8 g/cm3 and the elongation rate thereof is higher than 20%. The magnesium lithium alloy layer and the aluminum alloy layer form a magnesium lithium-aluminum composite material structure by means of metallurgical bonding; and the material structure, in one aspect, has a low density and a light weight, and in another aspect, relative to mechanical bonding, has a greatly improved plastic deformation ability, and may be stamped or forged so as to fabricate required exterior components having a desired shape.
