Abstract:
A magnesium vacuum crystallization tank having electromagnetic induction heating and cooling functions, comprising a crystallization tank body (1). The crystallization tank body (1) comprises an inner tank (2) and an outer tank (3); a cooling liquid jacket (5) capable of cooling the crystallization tank body (1) is provided between the inner tank (2) and the outer tank (3); inclined maze type crystallization baffles (10) are provided in the inner tank (2); a heat preservation sleeve (11) is provided on the outer wall of the outer tank (3); and a spirally wound electromagnetic induction heating coil (12) is provided on the outer side wall of the heat preservation sleeve (11). Circulating cooling liquid is introduced into the cooling liquid jacket (5), such that magnesium steam sublimated from a reduction furnace below is cooled and crystallized; and then magnesium crystals are heated and melted by means of the electromagnetic induction heating coil (12) to form magnesium ingots. The magnesium crystallization tank integrates a cooling crystallization function and an electromagnetic induction heating function, is energy-saving and environmentally friendly, greatly improves production efficiency, and has broad application prospects in the technical field of magnesium metal smelting process equipment.
