Abstract:
A magnet (1) inter-lockable into an arbitrary length and a magnetic core applying the same. The magnet (1) comprises a magnet body. The magnet body has a circular cross section, and an end surface of the magnet body is formed with a groove (3) and/or a protrusion (2), and the other end surface is correspondingly provided with a matching protrusion (2) and/or a groove (3) to realize interlocking of two or more magnet bodies. The magnetic core is provided with a mandrel (4), and several magnets (1) are mounted on the mandrel (4). The magnet (1) with the above structure can realize inter-locking of multiple magnets (1), and is injection molded by ferrite injection molding, and has high dimensional precision and consistency. When the magnetic core is used for different model printer/copiers it is only needed to interlock different numbers of magnets (1) on the mandrel (4) to reach a desired length. Thus, the magnet (1) has high versatility, allows scaled and standardized production, and is low cost and highly practical. Further, by appropriately designing the thickness of the magnet (1), it is possible to control incremental changes in the length of a magnetic strip portion on a magnetic core.
