Claims
1. The magnetic ttachement consisting of the permanent magnet or electromagnet 1 and muzzle brake 2 is characterised by the fact that in order to decrease the recoil, the magnetic field was used generated by permanent magnet or electromagnet 1 which influences the bullet, projectile, missile metal elements of ferromagnetic properties.
2. The magnetic attachement according to claim 1 is characterised by the fact that in order to decrease the recoil tche muzzle brake. |
Magnetic Attachement
This invention relates to a magnetic attachement whose aim is to reduce the recoil of a gun. Muzzle brakes have been known for many years. They are characterized by the effectiveness from several per cent to several dozen per cent. The application of the magnetic attachement will allow the decreasing of the recoil of a gun. How it works:
A bullet fired from a gun, which has gpt a magnetic attachement, should be made, at least partially, of metal of ferromagnetic properties. The bullet going through the end part of the barrel 3 is under the influence of magnetic field operations in the place where the permanent magnet or elektromagnet are fixed 1. The bullet transfers a part of its energy to the barrel and, in this way, weakens the recoil force of the gun. The further decreasing of the recoil energy takes place after the muzzle brake operates 2. The effect of the gun recoil decreasing is the kinetic energy drop of the bullet. Yet, its energy will be on a satisfying level if the propellant charge is appropriately matched. The positive effect of this inwention is increasing accuracy of machine fire. The gun mass and its accompanying elements will be decreased bacause of the reduced gun recoil force which affects these elements.
A new explanation documentation to the application for a patent of 16 th
November 2007
The subject of the application is a new expalnation documentation to the application for a patent submitted to the Patent Office of the Republic of Poland of 16 th November 2007 whose title is magnetic attachement registered at number: P-383794. The aim of a new explanation documentation for a patent is an explanation that in the sentence included in the invention description magnetic attachement which reads as follows:
"The bullet going through the end part of the barrel 3 is under the influence of magnetic field operations in the place where the permanent magnet or electromagnet are fixed 1",
and, additionally, in the sentence included in the short description of the invention which reads as follows:
"The attachement consists of the permanent magnet or electromagnet 1 fixed at the end part of the barrel and the muzzle brake 2 also fixed at the end part of the barrel 3"
I meant that the permanent magnet or electromagnet 1 can be fixed in the way shown in Figure, which is part of the invention documentation magnetic attachement registered at number: P-383794 as well as the permanent magnet or electromagnet 1 can be fixed at the end part of the barrel in the way shown in Figure No.2 and Figure No.3 enclosed in the above letter. The above letter with Figures No.2 and No.3 should be enclosed in the invention documentation magnetic attachement registered at number: P-383794.
