Abstract:
A magnetic bearing, comprising a radial stator portion (10), a rotor portion (20), and a Hall array sensor (30). The rotor portion (20) is provided with a first permanent magnet (41). The Hall array sensor (30) comprises a substrate (31) and Hall chips (32). The substrate (31) is electrically connected to an external terminal. A Hall array sensor (30) and a first permanent magnet (41) are additionally arranged to determine the relative position of the rotor portion (20). The Hall array sensor (30) is used to monitor the position of the first permanent magnet (41) in real time, thereby determining in real time the position of the rotor portion (20) relative to the radial stator portion (10).
