Abstract:
A magnetic blow-out mechanism of a circuit breaker, comprising a housing (3). A handle (1) is mounted at the upper end of the housing (3); a connection rod (2) is mounted on one side of the handle (1); one side of the connection rod (2) is connected to a tripping mechanism; a moving contact (9) is provided at the tail end of the tripping mechanism; wiring screws (5) are provided on two sides of the housing (3); a tripping coil (4) is provided below the handle (1); an arc extinguishing chamber (6) is provided below the tripping coil (4); an upper arc striking plate (11) and a lower arc striking plate (12) are respectively provided at upper and lower ends of the arc extinguishing chamber (6); a static contact (8) is provided at one end of the upper arc striking plate (11); the lower arc striking plate (12) extends to one side, and an arc striking angle (10) is formed at an extending and bending part of the lower arc striking plate (12); a bimetallic sheet (13) is provided on one side of the arc striking angle (10); and a magnetic blow-out coil (7) is provided at the lower end of the extending part of the lower arc striking plate (12). A self-excitation magnetic field is added in an electric arc breaking process of a product, electric arcs are rapidly blown into the arc extinguishing chamber (6), the arcing time of electric arcs on moving and static contacts is shortened, the service life of the product is prolonged, current does not pass through the coil during working, and temperature rise is low.
