Abstract:
A magnetic circuit of a electromagnetic relay includes a static magnetizer, a magnetic steel, a coil, a movable magnetizer and a supporting member, wherein a “C” type member is formed by the static magnetizer and the magnetic steel, two independent magnetic circuits are formed by one magnetic pole at both free ends of the “C” type member and the other magnetic pole at the approximately center of the “C” type member, the coil is wound around the “C” type member, there is insulating material between the coil and the “C” type member, and the insulating material may be integrated with the “C” type member by inserting-molding, or may be wrapped or covered on the “C” type member. There are a lot of advantages in the present by providing a magnetic circuit of a electromagnetic relay and an operating method thereof, wherein the “C” type member is formed by the static portion thereof and the static portion thereof is wrapped inside the insulating material, so it can reduce the demand to the parts precision and the fitting precision, and wherein a nonmetal connection manner is used for the connection between the movable member and the static member, so it can reduce powder, so that it can simplify the produce process, make the structure of the relay compact, miniaturize the volume of the relay, improve the sensitivity and the reliability, and be applicable to the large scale assembly line.
