Abstract:
A magnetic core storing and feeding mechanism of an automatic rectangular magnetic core extrusion forming machine. 4-6 counterbore-type bases are provided on the circumference of an index plate at equal intervals; a storage tank support is fixed on the corresponding counterbore-type base in a magnetic attraction manner; magnetic cores are stacked in the storage tank supports; the magnetic core is jacked from bottom to top by means of a first servo motor transmission mechanism; the front end portion of a cantilever is provided with a clamp, a first air cylinder, and a position sensor; the rear end portion of the cantilever is in sliding connection with a vertically-arranged second slide rail; a third air cylinder is fixed to the second slide rail; a lower end of the second slide rail is fixed to a first support; a first slide rail horizontally provided at an upper end of a second support is in sliding connection with the first support; and a second air cylinder is horizontally fixed to the first slide rail. The mechanism can store the prefabricated magnetic cores and automatically take out the prefabricated magnetic cores one by one for conveying to designated positions of the next step, the action is quick, accurate and orderly, the magnetic core reserves are large, the effect is high, and a lot of labor costs can be saved.
