Abstract:
Provided is a magnetic fluid sealing device for a high vacuum, the magnetic fluid sealing device comprising a stepped shaft (1), a shell (2), a left pole shoe (3), a right pole shoe (4) and a permanent magnet ring (5), wherein the stepped shaft (1) comprises a middle shaft (101) with the maximum diameter and a plurality of sets of secondary shafts with the sequentially reduced diameters; the permanent magnet ring (5) is respectively arranged at the positions, corresponding to outer circle faces of the middle shaft (101), of the inner wall of the shell (21); the left pole shoe (3) and the right pole shoe (4) are respectively arranged on the two sides of the permanent magnet ring (5), and the left pole shoe (3) and the right pole shoe (4) are symmetric; the end faces and the annular faces, of the left pole shoe (3) and the right pole shoe (4) respectively correspond to the outer circle faces and the end faces, of the middle shaft (101) and the secondary shafts; and the end faces of the middle shaft (101), and the outer circle faces and the end faces of the secondary shafts are respectively provided with pole teeth which extend in the radial direction or the axial direction, gaps are reserved between the pole teeth and the corresponding end faces and the annular faces of the left pole shoe (3) and the right pole shoe (4), and the magnetic fluid is located in the gaps. By means of the magnetic fluid sealing device for a high vacuum, the problem that an existing sealing device is relatively low in pressure resistance can be solved.
