Abstract:
The present invention relates to a magnetic heating element, an induction heating type adhesive comprising same, and a manufacturing method for a magnetic heating element. A magnetic heating element according to an embodiment of the present invention has the following composition, in atomic percentage, (Ma
1-x-yMb
xFey)1Fe2-zMc
zO4, in which: Ma is cobalt (Co); Mb is at least one of zinc (Zn), copper (Cu), manganese (Mn), and magnesium (Mg); Mc is at least one of samarium (Sm), yttrium (Y), cerium (Ce), europium (Eu), neodymium (Nd), and dysprosium (Dy); and 0.01≤x<0.6, 0≤y≤0.4, x+y<1, 0≤z≤0.5, wherein the grain size of the magnetic heating element may be 40 nm to 500 nm and the particle diameter of a powder of the magnetic heating element may be 100 nm to 30 μm. Therefore, the adhesive comprising the magnetic heating element can obtain effects of increasing adhesive performance and enabling high-speed binding.
