A magnetic interactive toy with convertible magnetic attraction and repulsion forces. The toy comprises an active module (1), a passive module (2) and a game platform, wherein a single or multiple active modules (1) are manipulated to approach the passive module (2), and the repulsion force formed on a passive magnet (21) by an outer-side sliding magnet (13) is greater than an attraction force formed on the passive magnet (21) by a central magnet (11), such that the passive module (2) is pushed on the game platform. By using the process of barrier transition in magnetic interaction, a magnetic interactive toy with continuous interactive experience is provided, thus realizing different tactile sensations such as instantaneous attraction force, continuous pushing force and strong resistance to a repulsion force, and supporting a multi-player collaboration or competitive game mode, such that a multi-state interaction mode can be more appealing to children.
