The present invention relates to the field of magnetic levitation motors, and in particular, relates to a magnetic levitation motor housing compatible with a water cooling and air cooling system, and a motor. The motor housing comprises a motor barrel, a first bearing seat, and a second bearing seat. The first bearing seat and the second bearing seat are fixed at two ends of the motor barrel, respectively. The motor barrel is provided with a cooling channel and a ventilation opening which penetrate through in the axial direction, and the two ends of the ventilation opening communicate with an inner hole of the motor barrel and the exterior of a motor, respectively. The first bearing seat and the second bearing seat each comprise a limiting area, a ventilation area, and a blind hole. The limiting area is used for fixedly embedding a radial magnetic bearing. One end of the blind holes communicates with the ventilation area, and two ends of the cooling channel are aligned with the other ends of the blind holes of the first bearing seat and the second bearing seat, respectively. The described motor housing is compatible with both air cooling and water cooling as well as air cooling alone, thereby reducing the processing complexity and the overall device costs.
