Abstract:
Disclosed in the present invention is a magnetic liquid double suspension bearing, which relates to the technical field of bearings. The magnetic liquid double suspension bearing comprises a main shaft, a stator and a rotor, wherein a housing of the stator is internally provided with radial magnetic poles and a flux sleeve, the radial magnetic poles are arranged in pairs, each radial magnetic pole is provided with a radial coil and a radial oil intake hole, and an end portion of each radial magnetic pole is provided with a non-magnetic conduction porous medium gasket; axial magnetic poles are further fixed in an axial direction of the stator and are arranged in pairs, axial coils are sleeved on the axial magnetic poles, the axial magnetic poles on two sides of the rotor form magnetic flux loops with a first permanent magnet and a second permanent magnet respectively, and an outer diameter side of the permanent magnet is provided with a carbon fiber coated reinforcing layer; and the stator is axially provided with an axial oil inlet and an axial winding hole, and is radially provided with an oil outlet and a radial winding hole. According to the present invention, the radial magnetic liquid double suspension bearing and the axial magnetic liquid double suspension bearing are combined into a whole, such that the axial length of the whole magnetic liquid double suspension system is significantly shortened, the magnetic liquid double suspension system is suitable for a narrow space, and processing and assembling errors of the bearing are reduced.
