Abstract:
A magnetic recording array (200) according to the present embodiment comprises a plurality of spin elements (100) and a shared transistor (STr) that is connected to an adjacent first spin element and second spin element. Each of the plurality of spin elements has wiring (20) and a laminate (10) containing a first ferromagnetic layer (1) which is laminated on the wiring. The shared transistor has a first gate (G1), a second gate (G2), a first area (A1), a second area (A2), and a third area (A3). In plan view from the lamination direction of the laminate, the first area is interposed between the first gate and the second gate, the second area is interposed between the first area and the first gate, and the third area is interposed between the first area and the second gate. One of the second area and the third area is connected to the first spin element, and the other is connected to the second spin element.
