Abstract:
Provided is a magnetic resonance principle-based method for non-invasive quantitative measurement of organ fat; an external computer, a radio frequency (RF) subsystem, and a portable magnet module (1) are used to construct a low-field nuclear magnetic resonance non-invasive system for quantitative measurement of organ fat, which causes no damage to organs, tissues, and cells and is non-invasive, achieving accurate and non-invasive quantitative measurement of organ fat. Using a specific pulse sequence, the nuclear spins in a target are excited to produce low-field nuclear magnetic resonance, achieving "one-click" measurement, to screen for NAFLD and other related diseases quickly and economically; the invention has a broad range of applications, is lightweight and easy to carry, cost-effective, and has accurate quantification, and is convenient to operate and is not restricted by the qualifications of the operator, and the ideal signal for the underlying 5-10 cm area can be obtained; the robustness of measurement is high, and the effect of noise and interference on the measurement is small. A method based on dictionary matching is a typical case of low signal-to-noise ratio.
