Abstract:
A magnetic sensor apparatus (101) is provided with a magnetic sensor (100), and a yoke (20). The magnetic sensor (100) is provided with a magnetoresistive element (30), a magnet (10), and an inner holder (18C), which has the magnetoresistive element (30) placed thereon, and holds the magnet (10) at a position where a magnetic field is applied to the magnetoresistive element (30), and the magnetic sensor detects a magnetic pattern (16M) which a medium (16) has. The yoke (20) is disposed at a position facing the magnet (10) with a transfer section (18S) of the medium (16) and the magnetoresistive element (30) therebetween. With such configuration, fluctuation of output of the magnetic sensor with respect to a change of an interval between a magnetosensitive portion of the magnetoresistive element and the medium is suppressed.
