Abstract:
A magnetic sensor device 1 includes: a switching region 3 defined by a switching range L and a variability range H, where the switching range L is set in a stroke direction of a magnet 5 for generating a radial magnetic field 50 and is defined by a state switching start position 31 and end position 32, and the variability range H is set in a direction intersecting the stroke direction and is a range of variability of the position of the magnet 5; and a magnetic sensor 2 obtained by consecutively rotating a plurality of divided elements 21, obtained by dividing a circular magneto-resistive element 80 in such a way that a change in the magnetic resistance value from the start position 31 to the end position 32 relative to the magnetic field 50 of the magnet 5 in the switching region 3 increases, and rearranging the plurality of divided elements 21 around the switching region 3.
