Abstract:
In the present invention, the rates of change of the resistances of each of a plurality of first magnetoresistive elements (120a, 120b) are greater than the rates of change of the resistances of each of a plurality of second magnetoresistive elements (130a, 130b). Each of the plurality of first magnetoresistive elements (120a, 120b) has a double spiral pattern in a planar view. The double spiral pattern includes one spiral pattern, the other spiral pattern, and an S-shaped or reverse-S-shaped pattern for connecting the one spiral pattern and the other spiral pattern at the center of the double spiral pattern. The circumferential orientations of the double spiral patterns of each of the plurality of first magnetoresistive elements (120a, 120b) are different such that the orientations of the S-shaped or reverse-S-shaped patterns are different.
