Abstract:
A magnetic shield material comprising a magnetic layer including a magnetic material, and an electroconductive layer including an electroconductive material, wherein the thickness of the electroconductive layer is configured to have a thickness corresponding to the frequency band of the electromagnetic waves to be shielded. Specifically, the thickness of the electroconductive layer (thickness of the aluminum foil in figure) is set to a thickness (thickness of the aluminum foil corresponding to the peak value frequency in the graph E in figure) at which the magnetic field shielding effect due to the magnetic shield material is at a maximum in the frequency band of the electromagnetic waves to be shielded. It is thereby possible to obtain a good magnetic field shielding effect using the magnetic shield material in the frequency band of the electromagnetic waves to be shielded.
