Abstract:

Disclosed are a magnetic skyrmion material, a preparation method therefor and use thereof. The magnetic skyrmion material comprises a Bi diatomic layer, and a magnetic material layer located on the Bi diatomic layer. The preparation method comprises: (1) epitaxially growing a Bi2Te3 layer on the surface of a substrate; (2) adjusting the temperature to form a Bi diatomic layer; and (3) growing a magnetic material layer on the Bi diatomic layer in step (2), so as to obtain the magnetic skyrmion material.
