The present invention includes an upper piece and a lower piece. The upper piece is coupled to the upper jaw by means of an upper teeth receiving groove for receiving the upper teeth, and the lower piece is coupled to the lower jaw by means of a lower teeth receiving groove for receiving the lower teeth. The upper piece and the lower piece are provided with a recessed portion or a protruding portion such that a magnetic sleep apnea prevention device is suggested in which the recessed portion and the protruding portion are engaged with each other while the upper piece and the lower piece are in a combined state. The sleep apnea preventing device provides a comfortable fit to a user by reducing irritation felt by the user by means of reducing the volume of a device inserted into the oral cavity. In addition, since the upper jaw and the lower jaw in the oral cavity are strongly adhered to each other by means of a magnet, the lower jaw can be effectively prevented from moving backward.
