Abstract:
This magnetization device (1) is a magnetization device (1) for magnetizing magnets (63) of a linear servo motor comprising a movable core (61) having a core back (61a) that extends in a first direction and one or more teeth (61b) that project from the core back (61a), and a plurality of magnets (63) disposed at the movable core (61) with space therebetween in the first direction, said magnetization device (1) comprising: a first yoke core (2) that extends in the first direction; a second yoke core (3) that extends in the first direction and that is disposed with space between the same and the first yoke core (2) in a second direction; a plurality of first magnetization coils (4) disposed at the first yoke core (2) with space therebetween in the first direction; and a plurality of second magnetization coils (5) disposed at the second yoke core (3) with space therebetween in the first direction. Between the first yoke core (2) and the second yoke core (3), there is formed space (S) in which the movable core (61) can be disposed.
