Abstract:
This magnetization rotational element comprises a spin-orbit torque wiring and a first ferromagnetic layer. The spin-orbit torque wiring includes: a first wiring region and a second wiring region which extend in a first direction; and a fin region sandwiched between the first wiring region and the second wiring region in the first direction in a planar view from a layering direction, the fin region extending in a second direction intersecting with the first direction. The first ferromagnetic layer is layered in the fin region. The geometric center of the first ferromagnetic layer deviates from a center line connecting a midpoint, in the second direction, of a first end portion of the first wiring region in contact with the fin region and a midpoint, in the second direction, of a second end portion of the second wiring region in contact with the fin region.
