Abstract:
A magnetizing device for arc tile-shaped magnets of a permanent magnet motor and a radial magnetizing method. The magnetizing device comprises an inner magnetic pole (2), outer magnetic poles (3), a magnetic yoke ring (4), an excitation coil (5), and a magnetizing power supply (7). The inner magnetic pole (2) comprises a cylindrical middle portion; the excitation coil (5) is wound around the outer periphery of the cylindrical middle portion of the inner magnetic pole (2); two ends of the excitation coil (5) are electrically connected to the magnetizing power supply (7); two ends of the inner magnetic pole (2) each faces an outer magnetic pole (3); magnetizing spaces for placing the tile-shaped magnets to be magnetized are provided between end faces of the inner magnetic pole (2) and end faces of the outer magnetic poles (3) facing the inner magnetic pole; the inner magnetic pole (2) is located inside the magnetic yoke ring (4); and one end of each outer magnetic pole (3) facing away from the inner magnetic pole (2) is connected to the magnetic yoke ring (4). During magnetizing, the tile-shaped magnets are placed in the magnetizing spaces and are attached to the outer magnetic poles (3) and the inner magnetic pole (2), and when the magnetizing power supply (7) is started to discharge instantaneously, a strong excitation magnetic field is generated to complete magnetizing. According to the technical solution, the arc tile-shaped magnets can be radially magnetized conveniently, such that the mounted arc-shaped magnets of the motor can provide a magnetic field distributed more reasonably in the air gap of the motor, thereby improving motor performance.
