Title:
MAGNETORESISTIVE EFFECT ELEMENT UNIT AND MAGNETORESISTIVE EFFECT ELEMENT DEVICE
Document Type and Number:
WIPO Patent Application WO/2018/139233
Kind Code:
A1
Abstract:
The purpose of the present invention is to reduce the reset voltage per anisotropic magnetoresistive effect element (2) in a magnetoresistive effect element unit (1). This magnetoresistive effect element unit (1) is provided with an anisotropic magnetoresistive effect element (2) and a conductor reset line (3) that passes through the center of the anisotropic magnetoresistive effect element (2) when viewed from a direction orthogonal to both the sensing direction x' and easy magnetization direction y' of the anisotropic magnetoresistive effect element (2), extends in a direction inclined from the easy magnetization direction y' so as to form an angle of 45° or less with the easy magnetization direction y', and is parallel to a plane including the sensing direction x' and easy magnetization direction y'. When viewed from a direction orthogonal to both the sensing direction x' and easy magnetization direction y', the reset line (3) has a width that covers the entirety of the anisotropic magnetoresistive effect element (2).
