Abstract:
This magnetron (10) has an anode cylinder (23), a top shell (31), a cathode cylinder (25) connected to the anode cylinder (23), a first lead wire (26) supported by the cathode cylinder (25), a second lead wire (27) supported by the cathode cylinder (25), an insulating member (33) for sealing the cathode cylinder (25), connection terminals (34, 35) connected to the first lead wire (26) and the second lead wire (27) through the insulating member (33), an exhaust pipe (36) penetrating through the insulating member (33), and a connecting member (37) for electrically connecting one of the connection terminals (34, 35) to the exhaust pipe (36).
