Abstract:
An antenna part (1) of a magnetron is provided with: an exhaust part (15) having a microwave output end to which is connected an antenna conductor wire (4) drawn out from an anode part (2); and an output side ceramic stem (11) inside of which the antenna conductor wire (4) is held and to which the exhaust part (15) is fixed, and which electrically insulates the exhaust part (15) and a side tube (16) connected to the anode part (2) of the magnetron body portion. Furthermore, the antenna part (1) is provided with an antenna cap (10) joined to the exhaust part (15) via a conductive adhesive agent (22), which is arranged in the external periphery portion of the exhaust part (15). A magnetron is thereby provided in which the occurrence of discharge generated between the antenna cap (10) and the exhaust part (15) can be prevented.
