Abstract:
The present application relates to a mail processing method and apparatus, and a computer device, and a storage medium. The method comprises: obtaining a feedback mail of a mail service provider, the feedback mail of the mail service provider comprising a feedback mail receiving account and original mail content; determining, according to the feedback mail receiving account, a feedback mail type corresponding to the feedback mail of the mail service provider; if the feedback mail receiving account is in a preset mail receiving account set, analyzing the original mail content to obtain a corresponding original mail account; and generating, according to the feedback mail type, a mail delivery mode corresponding to the original mail account. The present method can avoid invalid mail accounts, thereby improving the mail delivery efficiency.
