Abstract:
A main-auxiliary composite rail using a bolt mechanism to downward press a main rail (1) tightly onto an auxiliary rail (2), comprising a main rail (1), an auxiliary rail (2) and a bolt type mechanism for main rail downward pressing. The bolt type mechanism for main rail downward pressing presses the main rail (1) downwards tightly onto the auxiliary rail (2). When the main rail (1) is a T-shaped rail, the upper part of a rail body thereof is a rail web (12), and the lower part is a rail base (13). Positioning plates (22) on the two sides of the auxiliary rail (2) are provided with downward-pressing threaded holes (226) in an inclined downward direction from outer upper positions to inner lower positions; and bolt positioning recesses (131) are formed in the positions of the rail base (13) of the main rail corresponding to the bottom portions of the downward-pressing threaded holes (226). During assembling, a transverse bolt and nut assembly (520) tightly presses the positioning plates (22) of the auxiliary rail against the rail web (12) of the main rail; and inclined downward pressing bolts (531) are screwed into and pass through the downward-pressing threaded holes (226) of the auxiliary rail and then are pressed into the bolt positioning recesses (131) of the main rail, so that the bottom surface (135) of the main rail is pressed downward tightly onto a bottom plate (235) in a recess of the auxiliary rail, thereby eliminating defects of steps.
