Abstract:
This maintenance assistance program causes a computer to perform: a calculation step for, on the basis of collected data indicating values collected from a controlled device (47) at specific times, calculating, as interval information, either variation intervals that are the time intervals between variations in the values in the collected data, or collection time intervals that are the time intervals at which the collected data was collected; a determination step for determining whether or not collection cycles that are the cycles at which a PLC (46) for controlling the controlled device (47) collects data from the controlled device (47) are appropriate, on the basis of the collection cycles, the interval information, and a determination condition for determining, on the basis of the interval information and the collection cycles, whether or not the collection cycles are appropriate; and an output step for outputting the result of the determination.
