Abstract:
Provided are: a maintenance management system capable of appropriately detecting the use of automatic diagnosis results by a maintenance provider; and a maintenance management checking device used for the maintenance management system. A maintenance management system 1 comprises: a failure information DB 21 for storing at least a failure mode for each asset to be diagnosed; an automatic diagnosis definition DB 22 for storing diagnosis criteria for diagnosing the failure mode for the asset to be diagnosed; an automatic diagnosis unit 4 for detecting or predicting the occurrence of the failure mode for the asset 10 to be diagnosed on the basis of the diagnosis criteria and measurement values measured by a sensor and representing the state of the asset 10 to be diagnosed; a maintenance method DB 23 for storing a maintenance method corresponding to the failure mode in advance; an automatic diagnosis result log storage unit 25 for recording results of diagnosis by the automatic diagnosis unit 4 and information on issued warning; a maintenance work log storage unit 24 for recording maintenance work contents implemented on the asset 10 to be diagnosed; and a task performance analysis unit 27 for comparing the maintenance work contents recorded in the maintenance work log storage unit 24 with the maintenance method stored in the maintenance method DB 23 and corresponding to the failure mode for results of diagnosis by the automatic diagnosis unit 4, to detect that the automatic diagnosis results are used for the maintenance work.
