Abstract:
This management system comprises: a storage unit which stores promise execution matter information determined in advance with customers as response items that should be executed when an abnormality occurs in an elevator facility; a reception unit which receives an abnormality signal indicating that an abnormality occurs in the elevator facility; a list generation unit which generates a list obtained by extracting, from the promise execution matter information, items corresponding to the types of abnormality signals; and a display unit for displaying the list generated by the list generation unit.
