Abstract:
Provided are a maintenance plan devising assistance system, a method, and a program capable of reflecting an influence on a structure which is given by a change with time in a check portion of the structure in devising a maintenance plan for the structure. An input of structure specification information of a structure as a target for which a maintenance plan is devised is received through an input unit 14, and a data input/output unit 16 obtains check result data (current data) including an image and positional information of the structure corresponding to the structure specification information from a data storage unit 50. A taken image analysis unit 18 analyzes the image included in the current data and detects a damaged portion of the structure. A priority order calculation unit 20 calculates a degree of damage on the basis of an extent of damage on each damaged portion, predicts progression of future damage with reference to damage history data from the positional information of each damaged portion, and determines a maintenance priority order by using results of the degree of damage and the progression prediction of the future damage or the like. A data processing unit 22 outputs a maintenance plan including the maintenance priority order to a display unit 24.
