Abstract:
Provided is technology for achieving favorable resource distribution in the cloud in a multi-tenant service. In this multi-tenant service that executes data processing using resources shared by a plurality of users in the cloud, a management device, which executes the data processing using the resources upon receiving a data processing call from a user, accepts the data processing if there are no other users from among the plurality of users sharing the resources who have made a data processing call during a burst time if a count value has reached an upper limit value, accepts the data processing if there is another user from among the plurality of users sharing the resources who has made a data processing call but the data involved in the user's data processing has not reached a prescribed data size, and accepts the data processing after waiting for a prescribed restoration period if the data involved in the user's data processing has reached the data size.
