Abstract:
The purpose of the present invention is to designate the timing for notifying a destination when a worker transmits a message generated at a specific location. A management server (2) of the present invention is provided with: a position acquiring unit (201) which acquires, from a worker terminal (1) held by a worker, worker position information comprising position information of the worker terminal (1); a dynamics acquiring unit (203) which acquires worker dynamics information comprising dynamics information of the worker associated with the worker position information; a message rule acquiring unit (205) which acquires a message rule defining a notification timing for a message including the worker dynamics information and a notification destination; and a message generating unit (207) which generates a message on the basis of the worker position information, the worker dynamics information, and the message rule, and transmits the message to the notification destination defined in the message rule.
