Abstract:
A probability distribution derivation unit (113) derives the probability distribution of a to-be-replaced item count, which is the number of items that need to be replaced at item replacement times, on the basis of measurement results obtained by measuring the degree of degradation of items due to use in a use environment, wherein these items degrade with use, and items that degrade with use are being used in the use environment. Further, a to-be-replaced item count calculation unit (114) calculates a to-be-replaced item count value at which the lower probability of the probability distribution of the to-be-replaced item count, which is the number of items that need to be replaced at the item replacement times, is equal to or greater than a reference value.
