A management system (16) assists a collection/delivery person who collects and delivers mobile batteries (100) to be shared by a plurality of users, the system comprising: a working status information acquisition unit (458) that acquires working status information regarding the working status of the collection/delivery person; an information generation unit (418) that generates break-taking recommendation information for recommending the collection/delivery person to take a break, on the basis of the working status information; and an information provision unit (316) that is provided to a terminal device (300) and provides the break-taking recommendation information to the collection/delivery person.
